Class description: If you can’t beat ’em, eat ’em?! Yes, it’s true, join SEEDS staff and learn how to prepare invasive plant species for dinner. Find out which invasives can be made into herbal mixtures to add flavoring to your favorite dishes. Learn about the preparations you can make at home to take out the aggressive plans on your property. Identify which invasives are which, why it is important to be mindful of these species, techniques to manage them on your property, and of course learn delicious recipes and healthful herbal preparations to put them to good use.
