We will cover basic techniques from fermentation to canning and curing to drying.
You will be given the tools to reduce what goes in your trash and discuss how reducing, reusing and recycling can save natural resources and decrease carbon emissions.
Participants will walk away with a clear understanding of the function and purpose of citizen science as well as specific citizen science projects they can start participating in.
